About Bashar

Bashar works at the bridge between mind, body, and the field that runs through both.

His practice is built on the recognition that the body holds what the mind has not yet found language for — and that the family system holds what the body has been carrying. His work moves between breathwork, somatic inquiry, advanced systemic constellation, and the long psychosomatic work of return.

He teaches breath. He sits with individuals. He sits with couples. He works in the slower arcs of relational and ancestral repair.

He reads lineage — by listening to what the field already knows. He is not a coach and not a therapist. He is a practitioner in a tradition that predates both.
