Refund Policy

If you receive your Map and feel a section significantly missed what you described in your intake, write to hello@thelineagecode.com within 14 days of delivery. We will rework the affected sections, or — at our sole discretion — issue a partial or full refund. This is a goodwill consideration, not a contractual right.
Before purchase, you have a full right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and can request a full refund without reason.
If you have purchased but not yet submitted your intake responses, email hello@thelineagecode.com and we will refund in full. Once your intake is submitted, the AI pipeline begins generating your personalised content and the Article 16(m) waiver applies.
Once you submit your intake responses, you waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), in exchange for the immediate commencement of your personalised Map's generation. This waiver is voluntary and is confirmed by the consent tickbox on the product page.
We do not auto-deny refund requests on the basis of the Article 16(m) waiver alone — every request is read by Bashar personally.
