1. Who we are

The Lineage Code is a product of Aum Mystic LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Operated and managed by Bashar Waleed.

When these Terms say "we," "us," or "our," they refer to Aum Mystic LLC.

2. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing thelineagecode.com, purchasing a product, or submitting an intake form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Before purchase, you will be shown a summary of the key things to understand (the "Before you begin" notice). Ticking that box and proceeding to payment confirms that you have read and accepted both that notice and these Terms.

At the moment you tick the box, we record: the date, time, your IP country, your browser language, the URL you were on, and a version identifier of the Terms and disclaimer text shown to you. This record is retained as evidence of informed consent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

To purchase and use The Lineage Code, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old. The depth of the material and the nature of consent required for systemic lineage work are the reason for this minimum, which is set above the legal age of contractual majority in most jurisdictions.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country of residence
  • Be purchasing for your own personal use, not on behalf of a third party

This product is not suitable for purchase during acute mental health crisis. If you are in crisis right now, please reach for professional support first — the Map will still be available to you when you are ready (see §5 for crisis contacts).

4. What the service is

The Lineage Code offers two products:

The Masculine Map / The Feminine Map (€59) — a personalised report of around 25 pages, generated by a proprietary AI framework from your intake responses. The Map analyses systemic and lineage patterns across seven areas of your life: the inherited emotional structures, loyalties, and relational positions that formed before you had a choice about them.

The Map + Lineage Decoder Session (€249) — the full Map plus a one-hour live session with Bashar Waleed to work through the findings.

Both products are delivered as PDF files by email. Outputs are subject to human oversight, and Maps are reviewed by Bashar Waleed prior to or alongside delivery to ensure quality. Delivery takes place within 24 hours of intake submission.

5. What the service is not

The Lineage Code is not:

  • A medical, clinical, or psychological assessment
  • A form of therapy, counselling, or psychotherapy
  • A substitute for professional mental health or medical support
  • A factual record of you, your family, or your life circumstances
  • A diagnostic tool of any kind

6. AI-generated content — interpretive limitations

Three things you should understand before purchasing:

1. The Map is interpretive, not factual. It surfaces patterns the AI engine recognises in your intake responses. Patterns are inferences, not records. Some will resonate immediately. Some will not apply. You are the final authority on what is true about you. If a passage does not fit, set it down.

2. AI engines make errors. The model that generates your Map may produce statements that are inaccurate, exaggerated, or not applicable to your situation. Maps are subject to human oversight and review by Bashar Waleed, but no review process is infallible. By purchasing, you accept that the Map you receive may contain interpretive mistakes.

3. We make no warranty of accuracy. The Map describes patterns as observed in your intake responses. It is not a verified description of you, your family, or your history. We make no representation that the AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

7. How the service works

  1. You purchase on thelineagecode.com. Payment is processed by Stripe.
  2. You receive a private intake link by email, valid for 30 days.
  3. You complete the intake form (approximately 90 minutes).
  4. Your responses are processed by our AI pipeline.
  5. Your Map undergoes a quality review process before or alongside delivery.
  6. Your Map arrives by email as a PDF attachment, within 24 hours of intake submission.
  7. The PDF is stored on our servers for 30 days from delivery, then permanently deleted. You should save your own copy.

If you have purchased the Map + Lineage Decoder Session, you will also receive a separate booking link for the one-hour live session with Bashar Waleed.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland). We do not store or handle your payment card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.

Prices are shown in EUR. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

9. Refund policy

Your purchase begins immediately. When you complete payment, your private intake link is generated and the personalised Map process begins. The Map is created specifically for you from your intake responses — it has no value to anyone other than you.

EU 14-day cooling-off right. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right to withdraw does not apply to personalised digital content once performance has begun with the buyer's express consent. If you have purchased but not yet submitted your intake responses, you may request a full refund. Once you submit your intake, the AI pipeline begins generating your personalised content; at that point you waive the 14-day cooling-off right, as confirmed by the consent tickbox on the product page.

Magic link expiration. Your private intake link is valid for 30 days from purchase. If your link expires before you complete your intake, write to hello@thelineagecode.com — we will issue a replacement link at no charge. Refunds are not available in this circumstance.

Intake in progress. Once you begin entering responses, the intake is in progress and cancellation is not available. You can return to the form at any time within the 30-day window to complete it.

Goodwill consideration. If you receive your Map and feel a section significantly missed what you described in your intake, reply to your delivery email within 14 days. We will rework the affected sections, or — at our sole discretion — issue a partial or full refund. This is goodwill, not a contractual right.

Our right to cancel an order is described in §10.

Refund processing. Where a refund is agreed under any of the above, it is processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of confirmation by email.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer rights you hold under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Our right to cancel an order

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The intake responses submitted are not sufficient to generate a meaningful Map. This includes responses that are significantly incomplete, consist of single words or phrases, or do not engage substantively with the questions asked.
  • Our safety systems or Bashar's pre-delivery review identify indicators that this product is not appropriate for your current circumstances — for example, acute crisis, recent trauma, or other vulnerability signals that the Map is not designed to address safely.
  • Any eligibility or consent requirements are not met.
  • We have reason to believe the purchase was made under circumstances outside the scope of this service.

Where we cancel an order under this clause, we will notify you by email. We are not obligated to provide detailed reasoning for the cancellation. We will initiate dialogue by email to confirm the refund where needed. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7 working days of confirmation.

The refund is the full and final remedy under this clause. No further compensation, credit, or alternative service is owed.

11. Third-party observations

Your Map may reference family members, caregivers, or other individuals you described in your intake. These references reflect your account of those relationships — the patterns they created in you, as you experienced them. They are not a clinical assessment, psychological profile, or statement of fact about any other person.

We do not independently collect, store, or profile data about third parties mentioned in your intake. Any reference to a named or identified individual in your Map exists solely to describe how that relationship shaped you.

You are responsible for how you choose to share your report. If you share it with a family member or any third party, you do so at your own discretion. Aum Mystic LLC accepts no liability for any claim arising from a third party who views or is shown the contents of your Map.

12. Your responsibilities

By using this service, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide in the intake is your own, provided honestly to the best of your ability
  • You are purchasing for personal use only — not for resale, redistribution, or commercial purpose
  • You will not copy, republish, or redistribute the content of your Map without our permission
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or reproduce the AI frameworks or methodology underlying the service

13. Intellectual property

The Lineage Code framework, methodology, all report templates, and all content generated by the service remain the intellectual property of Aum Mystic LLC.

You own the intake responses you submit. You have a personal, non-transferable licence to read, retain, and share your own Map for personal use.

14. Data protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before purchasing.

For EU/EEA residents: nothing in these Terms limits or waives any rights you hold under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable national data protection law. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and your GDPR rights, your GDPR rights prevail.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or the contents of your Map.
  • The Map is provided "as is" with respect to interpretive content. We make no warranty — express or implied — that the AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances. We disclaim liability for any decision you make in reliance on the Map's interpretive content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

EU/EEA consumers: nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer protection or data protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence. You retain the right to bring any consumer claim before the courts of your country of residence.

Dispute resolution: if a dispute arises, please contact us first at hello@thelineagecode.com. We will respond within 5 working days and work to resolve the matter directly.

EU Online Dispute Resolution: EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate the current version.

For material changes — changes that affect your rights, add new obligations, or alter how we process your personal data — we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. For EU/EEA consumers, material changes to data processing terms require fresh consent where required by GDPR.

Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made under an earlier version.
